Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Custom star maps are made to order. Design & quality check: 2–4 business days.
  • Digital previews (if applicable): within 24–48 hours.
  • Orders with add-ons (frames, engraving) may need +1–3 days.

Shipping Windows

  • Malaysia (West MY): 1–4 business days after dispatch.
  • East MY (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Singapore: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
  • Express shipping / rush delivery may be available on request (additional fee). Please liaise with our admin via WhatsApp or email before checkout to confirm availability and a quote.

Carriers

We ship with reliable couriers (e.g., Pos Laju / J&T / Ninja Van / Shopee Express / DHL eCommerce). A tracking link will be provided once your order ships.


Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.
  • Free shipping promos (if any) will be shown at checkout.

Pickup (Malaysia - Klang Valley)

  • Pickup is available within the Klang Valley.
  • Before checkout, add “Pickup – Klang Valley” in the Order special instructions on the cart page.
  • We will contact the phone number and order email provided via WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection.
  • You may arrange Lalamove / Grab (paid by customer) or self-pickup at our designated pickup point (details will be advised upon readiness).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address and contact number are correct. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete/incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or tracking stalls for 7 business days, contact us with photos and your order number so we can help.


Split Shipments

Non-custom accessories may ship separately from framed/custom pieces.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each map is customized, changes are only possible before production starts. Once the design is in progress or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.


Digital Products

For digital-only files, delivery is via email/download link. No physical shipment.
